In Töölö, a common, standardized apartment has been reformed into an interesting, appealing and stylish loft.

For the renovation, the floor plan of apartment 17 was completely redone. The traditional narrow corridors and maze-like room divisions were abolished. The windows and the interaction between natural light and the new lighting solutions played an important part in the planning of the new space.  Several interesting details create an air of modern luxury. The bedroom walls are glass, and the apartment boasts an elegant walk-in wardrobe and sauna. An old tile wall accentuates the space, and a cement wall adds an interesting touch. The beautiful wooden floor planks bring a warm, cosy feel into this stylish, contemporary home.
